This is a Shinwa Japanese 10″ sliding bevel gauges. The blade is 8 3/4″ long x 3/4″ wide and base is 9 3/4″ long and 3/4″ wide. Both blade and base are made from hardened stainless steel and are milled and not stamped. It has a knurled brass tightening knob.
